By accessing or using PrecisionStep Tutorials at level33tutorials.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and PrecisionStep Tutorials, operated as a registered sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada.

2. Description of Service

PrecisionStep Tutorials is an AI-powered programmed learning platform that generates personalized micro-courses on any subject, delivered one frame at a time using the Skinner programmed instruction method. The service is available in English, Canadian French, and Spanish, across multiple educational and difficulty levels.

3. Access Codes and Subscriptions

Access to the full service requires a valid access code obtained through a paid subscription via Stripe.
Your access code is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or distribute your access code to others.
Subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
If your subscription lapses, your access code will be deactivated. You may resubscribe at any time.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial allowing limited course generation without an access code. The free trial is for personal, non-commercial evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.

By using the free trial, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older, or that you are a parent or guardian accessing the service on behalf of a minor.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the service or its AI-generated content at scale.
Share your access code with others or use another person's access code.
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service.
Attempt to circumvent any security or authentication measure.

6. Intellectual Property

The PrecisionStep Tutorials platform, its design, branding, and underlying code are proprietary. All rights are reserved.

AI-generated course content is produced on demand for your personal learning use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize generated course content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PrecisionStep Tutorials is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any course content generated by the service. AI-generated educational content should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth for professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrecisionStep Tutorials and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use PrecisionStep Tutorials. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to level33tutorials.com with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
